At Life Care, our Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program provides diverse experiences and valuable mentorship from experienced leaders within our company.
The program is designed to meet the needs of each learner, offering a unique firsthand experience in the areas of operations, clinical services, rehabilitation services, administration, food services, maintenance and environmental, and financial management.
The AIT program provides up to 24 months of training, pairing the AIT with an experienced licensed administrator preceptor (instructor), so that he/she can gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become a licensed nursing home administrator.
Life Care Centers of America offers AIT positions at numerous locations company-wide. Many of Life Care’s former AITs are running skilled nursing facilities at Life Care and elsewhere throughout the country.
